Could you do speedtest and upload your results, also a screenshot of your geforce now client settings (bitrate resolution etc) and when in-game play it for around 2 minutes running out/moving, etc and upload a picture of CTRL+N stats

What are your gfn app settings? I find if I use custom and set it manually I get a bunch of stutter and screen tearing. Also, there’s only one data center that’s viable for me so I manually set it regardless, and that’s Dallas. Every other server in the Midwest/central region has too high of latency. Try setting your data center to the closest physical location to you and run a test.
