Your case is clearly your WiFi, which isn't the best for cloud gaming in general.
Why? For a quite few reasons.

The only thing we can suggest is to try to change to 5GHz if available and do not stay too far from your router.

Even better, is if you have the possibility to use Ethernet.

Usually caused by the ISPs.

Your latency is pretty high, which shows how your are facing routing issues to the GFN servers.
