Use ethernet or 5Ghz if your router supports it.
2.4Ghz is the worst for cloud streaming.
I don't know how to change change to 5ghz on a DIGI router, i searched thr ip adress on google and it didn't work
Are you running a TV with 4k or 1080p with the chromecast? The two main problems are 2.4Ghz connection is slow (on paper 450mbps) and literally everything runs on that 2.4Ghz band, from the microwave to baby monitors, all Bluetooth devices... Your neighbors stuff can interfere with the connection.
If there is a possibility try using ethernet (plug in cable) between the device and the router or connect to a 5ghz internet.
5ghz usually turned on by default of the router, check the back of the router there should be a sticker that shows what is the default 5ghz wifi and its password.
