If the game doesn't have cloud save, it's not possible.

If it does, you need to install the game on your PC and let it synchronise.

To synchronise, just download the game on your PC. I just said that. 😅
It should synchronise as soon as it finishes the download. If it does not, you can find it through the "three dots" right next the game name in your Epic launcher library.
