Hi, lately I've had a problem, when I play Genshin Impact I get this message that I attach in the image, it says that Genshin Impact is not currently available in your location. I was checking and discovered that this only happens to me in US Midwest, if I go to configuration and select another region like US Central or US Southeast I do not skip that problem so I do not know if the problem is mine or GeForce NOW.
Anyway, I'm going to submit the problem also within the app, so what I really want to know is if GeForce NOW is public on some social network or elsewhere about whether they are having problems with that Game, because I already searched and I can't find anything.

It's happening with a few games, with a few users, using a different servers. Might work, for example, in US South but not in US Midwest.
All you can do now, is - as you did, to submit Feedback through the app - to report it directly to NVIDIA.
