Everytime when I try to play the game it doesn't fit in my screen. I cant even start the game because I cant click on the button.

This main screen you can press any button, there's no "specific button" to press that you cannot see it.

ok sorry i can get to that menu now but none of the buttons are doing anything

The idea of that image is to try to reach the Window Mode to change it to Fullscreen. Once you do that, press your Space Bar as it's used for the button Apply.
