We don't work for NVIDIA, this is why Luna told you three times to contact NVIDIA support directly.
Only them will be able to assist you in this regard.

Your language is Russian, right? If you're using GFN.RU, you need to contact their support.

ah okay, try a different server cuz the game hearts of iron has also been down for awhile and it only works on some servers, so maybe switch and try

weird, sadly ur best bet is the support team on the website, not sure how good it will do they still havent fix hoi after my ticket which been over a month
