What server are you connected to?
What are your internet speeds?
How are you connected to your internet?
Are there any devices connected to the internet when playing?
Go to this website, https://www.speedtest.net/, and take a screenshot of the end results.

Can you try another server, one that's not close but not too far, for example I live in Britain so I'd do EU Central and not West.

So no devices are connected, right?

If so, then your low upload is the issue as it's not enough for GFN to use.

Your upload speed is too low so the only way to fix it is to get a better package for your internet with higher upload speeds.
