When I load into apex legends, every time i join, I have to set my graphics to be lower as they are automatically on the highest level. Can i change this or is it this setting?

Some settings in a few games might save, as each game work in a individual way. It's not a universal rule. So, it's a luck shot.
But, in general, when you see a setting not being saved on GFN... Only RTX 3080 tier will enable it for you.
