So I made a post about this a while ago but I gave up because I stopped playing for a while now I started to play again I tried everything from my old post on the old post I said I’ll try reinstalling and after that I gave up but today I tried it and it didn’t work what should I do?

in fortnite I put it to max and even on my laptop I put it to max still no sound
Though last time I played 2 months ago when I destroyed a specific thing I could hear that sound
And yestrday I was driving in a car and I think I was able to hear a little of it was laptop’s sound

I want to make a ticket but when i login i tried doing the ctrl shift r 3-4 times but it didn't work (i use brave browser) I even tried turning off brave shields and adblocker still says error
