67ms is a lot for a speed test, usually it should be around 20. so it's your wifi if you aren't using a vpn

It's less than 1Mbps,

So your latency/input time will be high,

The best you can do is use ethernet and disconnect all devices connected, use the closest server to you and close all applications in the background.

Stability and packet loss are 2 of many other factors you have to consider.
