Issue: As title says, cannot play with my friend bc it doesn’t register that I’m playing
I see his invites through steam app but it doesn’t say I’m online and can’t join bc it just brings me to the download game page
I’ve wanted to play this game for a while and even have the $10 membership and steam is synced so I don’t understand what the issue could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Go into offline in the Steam friends list then reconnect.

That's because you're using the Steam on your local PC.

Close Steam on your local PC and try again.

I’m sorry if I’m being extraordinarily stupid right now but if I’m in the game, and steam isn’t open, how do I invite them?
I haven’t had them try inviting me yet but he’ll try soon
He also says it shows im online but not playing a game

Locally, on your PC,

Steam is open,

#

And you're opening the friends list on your machine,

#

Not NVIDIA's,

#

And you need to open the Friend List on the Rig, inside the game to invite them.

Okay, I pressed the buttons and got the steam tab to open in nvidia
Says I don’t have friends at all but it also says I can just use a quick invite for it so thank you : D
