Exactly what it says on the title. Sometimes I check Task Manager and it consumes serious amount of CPU power desipte not streaming or something

Like you have GFN open in the home page and it uses a good amount of the CPU?

No no, it's not working at all but sometimes app itself runs of background

Oh right, I think I understand what you mean.

When I used to use GFN, it used to be open in the background, much like other apps.
