#Using Git with Unity and LFS

I'm making this thread because I don't want my question to get drowned by all of the others and because I have no clue who is responding to me or not. Basically, I have a big unity project which I want to push to github, so that other's can collaborate. The problem is, git only allows for maximum 100mb pushes. As the file is over 25 gb, it would take 250 pushes, which I'm not doing (there's no way in hell Im doing that). So I want to use LFS (Large file something...), though I can't get it to work using github desktop.
I really REALLY need help on this as I've been trying to fix this the whole damn day and I've watched 5+ tutorials and it still won't work

Oh yeah and, the documentation on this is absolute shit

I want to use lfs so that I can push 2gb sized files. The problem is whenever I try adding a file, it says it can't find the path. I've tried like 500 different things and it still won't work

I know this isn't 100% unity related but I don't know where else to ask this and I'm just very frustrated so please someone help me....
