Sorry. If you select your Terrain GameObject and, in the Inspector, select the gear icon that is in the toolbar in the Terrain Inspector UI, that should get you to a bunch of settings for the Terrain GameObject. Depending on the Unity version you have, here might be a button towards the top that says either "Connect", "Autoconnect", or "Reconnect"
