Well you can see it's not being created. Change directory to non-system one where application will have clean permissions.

It's just the matter of opening the hub, opening its settings and finding there where you change the directory

If you are unable to find a settings button on the Hub I don't know what to tell you. Use search engine?

Did you create a project after that? You need to describe what you are doing, not just throw pictures in the channel.

If it still doesn't create the project, reinstall the whole thing into a clean location. The Hub and a Unity install

I update and restarted my laptop then delted all relvant folders app wth unity, downloded a new one the same is coming
