Hello everyone!
I am working on my bachelor thesis on how small game dev teams actually adapt to Agile/Scrum in real projects
Since a lot of people here have experience on solo/small teams for indie games, I thought this would be the perfect place to ask around.
I am looking for around 8 people for a 30-40 minute interview (voice chat would be best).
I'm interested in:
How you communicate in your projects (roles, communication, team vs solo etc)
Your mindset when you are working with others (flexibility, teamwork)
Whether you use Scrum/Agile or you improvise your own workflow (Even if you don't use Agile methods I would still love to interview you)
You don't need to be a professional, students and solo or indie game developers are more than welcome.
You can stay anonymous based on your liking and this will ONLY be used for academic purposes.
