And you may have to point out the blotches because I'm not sure I'm seeing the exact ones you mean
I am using Bakedlights in Unity,
I sorta managed to hide it by adding a texture to the wall
Hacky workarounds like that tend to be the most practical option most of the time
But it's useful to understand the lightmap debugging tools
