I am trying to open up a cloned repository from github but it is not allowing me to. Am I at the right folder?
I used add project from disk.

it should be this folder, but from the paths, looks like the git repo was set up incorrectly to begin with
it seems like the repo root is in LFSRobotsRepository (it should be the same as the project root)
the repo root is the folder with the .git folder inside

It exists in the parent folder:
rain nimbus
so that's the repo root
that repo exists, it's just not in RobotsGame
(and frankly that means it's set up incorrectly)

It just doesn't open for some reason. LIke it doesn't even give any warning messages or anything. The project just doesn't show up in the unity hub
