Using URP with Adaptive Probe Volumes and trying to set up two Lighting Scenarios (Day and Night) for a day/night cycle. Each time I bake, it ends up displaying the most recently baked light maps - Eg: I bake Day scenario. I create new Night scenario and change light and bake. Now both Day & Night scenarios show Night lightmaps. The probe bake looks good itself its just the scenario bake are overrides all other scenarios. Im selecting the correct scenario each time. Below are my settings.
