What do you mean by base offset? Your nav mesh agent needs to be sitting on the navmesh in order to function. This might need to be over on #🤖┃ai-navigation

The offset is where your model touches the nav mesh. It should be 0 if the prefab is on the ground. If you changed the ground height, then you might need to rebake the nav mesh
