Which Unity version is ideal to run alongside ml-agents?

The latest ml-agents release is 23, with python package 1.1.0 and Unity package 4.0.0.

If I'm looking for a STABLE experience, which Unity version is the best to run the ml-agents package? The LTS ones, such as 2022.3.x, or the Unity 6 ones, such as 6000.1.17f1? Or some other?

Context: I'm looking to start learning unity specifically to use ml-agents, and I want to use ml-agents' latest package, so I don't know where exactly to cross these informations to check which Unity version I should utilize.

The latest Unity 6 LTS should work fine

If you want to use the latest 4.0 version of ML Agents, then Unity 6 is the miminum
