#Weird lighting in URP scene

Hello everyone. Not sure if this is the right channel, but I need to know; how can I fix the lighting in my URP 3D scene? Some of the textures are fully visible right now for some reason, and I want to make it more foggy and dark with dimly lit lights.. How can I achieve this?

I figured out I had a directional light in the scene which caused everything to be illuminated, but now I have a new issue which is that no lighting source except for directional gives any lighting. I even tried adding a new light object and new material on a new cube, and none of that casts any light
