#Game Build Looks Dark on Some Resolutions in Fullscreen Mode

Did a game build to test something out in the Settings, I noticed when the fullscreen mode is on Windowed Fullscreen, if I'm not on my native resolution the image looks darker. It's only occurring with that configuration, Windowed or Exclusive Fullscreen I don't see the issue.

It's a URP project on 6000.3.6f1, first image is the darker looking one. Any idea what's causing this or how to fix it? Thanks!

Seems if I remove Direct3D12 from Project Settings - Player - Other Settings the issue goes away, I still wonder why I have to do that though.

Unity's DX12 backend is just really bad (stillatwhatcost )

Sorry for reviving the post but i just got the same issue on 6000.3.8f1, looks like they didn't fixed it yet
