Some time ago, the sun stopped growing, and started shrinking instead, meaning that less light-- and therefore heat-- reach earth. This anomaly goes unexplained, but humanity must survive nonetheless. The global space company has created an atmospheric humidifier to be used on venus, which is a 9 month trip from earth. Thankfully, you are willing to take the trip to save humanity. The ship was very rushed and cheaped out on, so no internal space lighting was installed. Instead, you must wear night vision goggles, cheap ones too. Good luck, and may god save us all.
