Mouse Delta Input

I was making this script just to test out the input system and get comfortable with it. I ran into a problem with mouse delta input. I had set it up on the input mapper and set it as a value with it being mouse delta. When I run a debug line to test the delta for the mouse itself, I get values. When I do a debug to see the input reference value, i get 0,0. Can anyone help me with actually registering the input? please see images

Two potential issues I see:

1. Your binding is not added to your only control scheme
2. Did you ever call .Enable() on the input action?
