Can you duplicate the scene, and remove everything and only have a flat plain without vegetation? Idk why but I have a feeling that it’s something to do with the light refracting around the objects in your scene

Since you have moving vegetation

You can see the shadows off of the trees also moving based off of the movement of the leaves
