really depends on what you are trying to achieve with them. ML Agents are not usually used for gameplay AI. ML Agents are normally used for automation and robotics type stuff

"ml agents" specifically is a unity package for training and inferencing various models to be used in a unity project/game.
Maybe do some minimum Google before asking a question.
