Need help with building an Android project

Hello, I'm on a fresh project with Unity 6000.3.5f1 to demonstrate an error I've been getting for the past few days.
I merely want to build one of my game projects (built on android,) and I've received the exact same error on every single unity project on Unity 6 as a whole right now.

I also switched to Unity 6000.0.66f1 to see if that helped at all, to which it didn't.

I've tried anything and everything I could to no avail, and I promise you, I mean everything.
Please help me, what do I do?

To check if I wasn't going insane or not, I just attempted a build on an older version (2022.3.16f1)
And it succeeded without any hitch*

Huh...I just attempted another build and it worked...??

Okay yeah, I just tried on 6000.3.5f1 and that didn't work as expected. But 6000.0.66f1 DID work.

I guess that kind of solves myissue on what I was going for, so...
