After baking the light, all the shadows became rough. How can I fix this?

these are not shadows, this is ambient occlusion

change the SSAO mode in URP Asset to gradient

yeah, the default settings for SSAO produce very...weird noise

(this is a realtime effect, not part of the baked light)

If you only really care about ambient occlusion for static map geometry, you can just disable realtime AO entirely
