For some reason not all LOD levels are lit correctly when light is baked. I read that only the first LOD is lit by light maps and all other LODs are lit by light probes. I have both though. Light maps and an Adaptive Probe Volume that I use for things like Doors and they all look lit properly.
I also can't find a pattern on which LOD is not lit properly. Sometimes it's the first, sometimes the second, sometimes the third... Any ideas?
