Star of providence has cool bosses but I can't find a video on the normal bosses, just special ones

well you could probably find inspiration just watching existing bullet hell games like touhou, phoenix, enter the gungeon

It's a little differenct because it's your mouse and not a character (so you need to physically click the enemy too)

So those generally boil down to "keep your distance and dodge incoming bullets"
