#Cant upgrade materials to URP in new project created using 3D URP Core

Render pipeline converter has not been in that menu for a while, rather it's in window>rendering>
But if the material is using a URP shader and appearing pink, that indicates your project is not set to use URP
Importing it is not enough
How so i created project using 3D URP Core Template but yeah there is blank spot under Edit>Project Settings>Graphic
Thats is so convoluted, now i created URP pipeline asset and put it in that blank spot and those previously pink materials are fine but all others become pink and in converter after initialization it say that everything is converted
Can you show the blank spot
None of this should be necessary if you really created a project from the "Universal 3D" template
Means the project is not using URP
Either it's not made from the template, or URP got removed from it somehow
Ok, now i remember, i just imported one of the asset with is a game template and it intervenes in all those settings about rendering
