#Detail map doesn't seem to work in layered lit tessellation shader

As you can see, it acts strangely. I can see it being there at some angles, but it just looks weird and I'm not sure what exactly is wrong.

I also added it to all other layers and it seems to have to influence on them at all for some reason.

The detail map texture itself should work because it works when I change it to standard hdrp lit.

Yes, the detail map is in triplanar like everything else.

What could be wrong here?
