I go to create a 3d project on 6.3 lts but then it starts to load and then it just vanished like it doesn’t fully load and I’m not sure how to fix this

Literally I went from a lower version to 6.3 lts then when I try to open a project it starts to load and then it just disappears.

Well, then looking at the logs should be the next step.

I try to put all the projects in this file call “unity games” but then it once I click create it goes in a file called my project which I deleted
