Likely because Realtime Raytracing is enabled
MSAA doesn't support it
Nor SSR or screen space shadows
Due to HDRP limitations like these you're meant to use TAA as your primary AA method
Or Spatial-Temporal Post-processing if available, as it's a stronger form of TAA
SMAA would be the second option, or render scale when over 100% and DLSS when below 100%
ye, I've switched to TAA and it seems to be great
