#Shader or material rendering incorrectly on build

I am switching from 2022 to 6.3 now some shader or material rendering is incorrect in build, terrains are black, mountain is fading from blue to magenta. I checked shader files, there is no error, How to fix it?

Note: I used addressable assets, already put shaders/materials into group.

Beyond that, make sure there are no shader compile errors during the build and asset bundle builds.
