Im using unity services matchmaking and multiplayer for my game with dedicated servers, what sort of impact is this going to have dont like the sound of building this infrastructure from the ground up.

I’ve read they’re licensing Multiplay to Rocket Science Group. So I would assume you’d be able to migrate to their services with minimal changes.

Hopefully it only means that you bill will come from Rocket Science instead of Unity and nothing else changes

Hi there, if you have any questions related to the Multiplay, please reach out to the Rocket Science Group
To help with the transition, you can reach out to our team here

I'll check internally for more info as well!

Unity Matchmaker currently supports Multiplay hosting or a client-hosted solution provided by Unity (Relay and Distributed Authority). The team is working on extending support to third party hosting providers and are aiming to deliver that in advance of March 31st. Matchmaker will also continue to work with Multiplay by Rocket Science.

I was curious how this was going to effect Matchmaking.
