I'm looking for an asset or a repo which can help to setup these parameters quickly. It should be the same for every game rigth?

Video parameters for example should be the same for every game (fps, Windows mode, etc.)

FPS is not a "parameter" you can set on your game.

Are you talking about as a person who is making a Unity game or playing Unity games?
