Wow, incredible. Pretty darn seamless.
Is this just with Animator States? Perhaps Animation Events for the switch timings?
(I tried to do similar stuff with Animation Curves and .CrossFadeInFixedTime but it wasn't precise enough to look seamless.)

hi @median totem , sorry for the late reply. i am using two layers, one for the regular locomotion and another for the crouch locomotion. in the crouch locomotion i set as default state a blank state (a state without animation) and when i click the crouch button the animator perform a transition between the blank state and a blend tree where there are two clips: idle crouch and forward crouch walk.
