My LevelPlay account is stuck on "Pending Approval," and my game launch is completely blocked. I have had no human response for over a week.
I have already fixed the root cause on my end (a "Legal Name Mismatch" from my Unity ID), but the fix requires a manual sync from your team.
Can a community manager or Unity employee please escalate this ticket? I am completely stuck.
