Hello Everyone,
Today I wanted to share with you a (not yet public) trailer of a game I am making. It's a mix between psychological horror and a working simulator. The main idea is that you are working in a tool factory warehouse located in a post-Soviet state country Republic of Calvania. It focuses mainly on dense, dark atmosphere - there are no jumpscares, however you need to manage your sanity as the lower it is, the more crazy things start to happen.
Everything is done by me however from time to time I supported myself with AI where I couldn't effort to pay for assets or freelancing. It's very important for me to support artists and make sure I am as fair in using any tool as possible - that being said I generated some soundtracks, multiple graphic elements, but significant majority are either custom made or paid for.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vWzYNGDEKM - here's a little of unorganized gameplay. Since it was recorded there are maaany improvements and changes. Once the steam page is reviewed I will definitely share more content from the 'final' version.
The game is very personal for me - on the steam page there will be a short section "The Message":
The game is about all of us. We work more and more, often forgetting to take proper care of ourselves. We sleep less, eat worse, and stress more - all to survive, pay our mortgages, and put food on the table.
I wanted to take all of that and exaggerate it, but while creating the game, I couldn’t escape the feeling that Happy Worker Tool Company, though meant as satire, still mirrors the reality we live in far too closely.
HWTC: Happy Worker Tool Company - Official Trailer
A psychological horror game about work, repetition, and the slow loss of self.
You play as a warehouse worker in the Republic of Calvania - checking orders, packing boxes, and keeping your sanity under the watchful eyes of the boss and the inspector. No monsters. No jump scares. Just the quiet ...
