#CMD builds black since unity 6000.0.58

Hi i am buliding builds with Teamcity (CI/CD) using cmd command and since 6000.0.58 all my scenes are black
Only when build for Android (Oculus Quest) and only when build with CMD, builds from open graphical editor are fine.
Anyone saw something like this?

I updated from 6.0.47 after the security issues announcments
