The game kinda looks like its low resoultion, but with smooth edges?
I'm not sure how I can desribe it.
I looked into Acerolas Kuwahara Filter video. It's kinda familiar but im not sure.

That just looks like mostly toon/cell shader + some kind of chromatic aberration effect.

well if it would be just upscaled the edges would be way sharper

someone on the sokpop discord told me it's possibly a xbr shader

also i dont think it's a toon shader, they just used flat color or at best color gradients for the textures
