Using custom window tools on the multiplayer play mode

How do you enable if there is any, custom window editor tools on each multiplayer play mode player window?

This is because there are needed custom tools like game navigation used for testing. And there does not seem to be a straightforward way to do this and keyboard shortcuts from the editor tools does not work.

This is because if the developer needs quick testing in a vr environment, you cannot always use the vr device as that is time consuming....
