#Dither not working in android

I don't have much experience with issues like this or shadergraph in general, but I've made a shader that fades when close with dither on the edges, but on android it just clips and there's no dither, does anyone know how to fix this?
Unity version 6.1, android api level 2, and vulkan graphics api
