Im doing a personal project in my freetime but i cant get my camera to work properly.
It is a game where the player walks around a small planet, and this works perfectly if i have a static camera viewing from above, but the second i try to make a third person controller this does not work properly. Ive iterated trough 10 maybe 15 different options of camera controllers and none give the effect i want. I couldnt seem to find any tutorials on this that make a camera controller that i need. Any insight on where to go from this point? i currently deleted all my camera scripts again and looking for a fresh perspective on things.

Have you tried using cinemachine yet?
It provides many useful features such as being able to follow a target with lots of control
yeah, tried the simple solutions, but im not familiar with it
im having the same general issues as using code
got a video to demonstrate?
cinemachine should let you override world up and that may be needed when working with planets
wwhere would that setting be? or do i need to make a script for it?
its now this, and i cant even rotate the camera with my mouse
its "World Up Override" on the main cinemachine component
