first is the clip in game view, then the clip with the animation window, same animation, same prefab, different outcomes
i have 0 experience with making animations in Unity, its something new i had to pick up on, im kind of lost here
can you give a version without cropping the screen, the more info the better and I can always open in fullscreen anyway

Unity animation window tends to do some weird things, I never use it tbh
What steps did you take to create this.
I clicked on the lift prefab in my scene, pressed create animation, took the prefab parent and moved it from y 20 to 0
oh my gosh im an idiot, went over my prefab again and half the meshes are static. Its an imported project from unreal to unity so when i migrated it probably set those objects as static
