Is this your own custom char or something you're modifying?
It looks like the jittering stops when you disable [NEW] ToolHoldingRig so I would start looking further into that rig to see what it's doing that might be causing the jitter.
Also there is a [NEW] ToolHoldingRig and right above it just ToolHoldingRig, are you trying to modify the original one or something?
I found that the problem if Two Bone IK Constraint when it has reference to finger bones
idk why yet, but its 100% fingers
swaping Two Bone IK to Chain IK dont help
do I need rigidbody and colliders and joint on all fingers (each fingers has 3 bones)
when I will delete this then there is no jittering
I dunno tbh, I haven't done any rigging of fingers in Unity, haven't needed to so I just leave them clasped in my baked anims
