This is the "t-pose" for humanoid avatars in unity.

Have an animation playing. 🤷♂️
im clicking on animation and adding the model and itss doing same thing
Not entirely sure what that means...
You have to be playing a valid Humanoid animation clip

You don't "add models to an animation". It doesn't make sense.

That's the animation preview window. And it seems fine to me.
- Use the #🏃┃animation channel.
- Read the manual sections related to animations. It sounds like you don't know what you're doing.
